Thanks for this analysis - and totally agree with all your thoughts.

Just thought that I should mention that unfortunately NOV has not quite hit cash flow break even over a full year yet.

It has been slightly cash flow positive for the odd quarter or two, but it has average Nett Cash Outgoings of around $1.1m per quarter for the past 9 months (last 3 x 4c's).

With the Emersion acquisition and continued processing growth assisting the push towards a cash flow positive number, I still think the 4C will show Nett Outgoings of between $500k & $1.0m this quarter.

But really hoping for the actual Nett Outgoings result to be towards the lower end of that range

Having the banking staff & associated overheads set up and ready to go has contributed greatly to NOV being currently cash flow negative - but we should start to get a return from this division within the next 6 months IMO.
