    This will really need some engagement from team NOV soon as I think this for me needs more "eyes on" I hate dilution and 50% of NOV is still held in an Offshore Holding Co. which has suffered around 50% dilution ... whom owns all that I wonder.

    I think the Board need to address this issue and really get on with Cash Flow and quality revenue growth not just pump the numbers with short-term figures.

    Let's see Divis, please!
