On November2 ROC opened at 3.48 and closed at 3.39 i believe. Yet 3 charting systems i looked at show an open of 3.28 and close of 3.19 to 3.21. How would these errors be generated. I hope this is a rare occurrance as the chart could become misleading.
or have i got it completely wrong?
