I am not currently a holder.

PEA is the logical owner of Nova as it can easily uproot the modular complex and redeploy it on a mine site should generating for the NEM prove unrewarding. PEA would be in a strong negotiating position V government if good returns are not there.  A few more big batteries in the NEM will flatten the spikes Nova is designed to generate into. 

Meanwhile, the Contract Power acquisition brought considerable unused generating equipment, combined with its own stocks, means capex in the near term will be modest. 

The Vic hydro assets generate when the dairy farmers downstream draw water, not necessarily when power is at peak price.
