    Hi Crackpot and all,

    EM doesn't detect was is directly below the survey line, and there is a thing called equivalence - where a smaller, highly conductive plate will give the same response as a larger, less conductive plate). It seems that the northern lines may have been detecting the conductor off-line similar to off-hole in a drill hole.
