Dont agree with you tomleonhart.
The big picture is still in tact we just need to discover where the fault sent the northern part of the conductor1. Conductors 2,3,4& 5 are yet to be tested.
Once this is established the sp will be off and running again.
I would not expect a dramatic drop in the sp of SIR today but would expect all the nearology plays to tank substsntially.
