Well, and not knowing if this usually takes this long, wouldn't surprise me that some key players in the known are accumulating at these levels and even manipulating the share price lower, we already learnt that it can be done very easily, and then near the deadline of March 8th they release an announcement that brings this above 21C and then it becomes compelling to participate in the CR.
