Not sure how you can analyse the chart of two different companies? You're looking at Ellex Medical in 2020, a company that developed medical lasers, this is Nova Eye Medical, a small carve out of that larger company (hence the drop in price)
But I guess you're trying to show a breakout to the upside so I'll take that as a positive
