Always great when the fundamentals and chart seem to be aligned! I'm certainly no expert when it come to charting, but if you're bullish that's enough convincing for me that things are looking great TA wise. On the FA side, we have the recent announcements (reimbursement news, financials etc), as well as a near term catalyst with the audited results later this month (which should show a significant improvement in the bottom line), hopefully this time we can actually break through that notorious 30c wall and never look back!
