Would like to see management buying on market to prove they don’t see the proposed LCD as a major threat. Obviously the market is nervous and is significantly discounting the price as a result of the uncertainty around future reimbursement.
Just need to look at PEB to see a recent example of how a final LCD can has the power to destroy a company… down more than 70% on the day of the news. I think they’re two very different situations but still
