I actually reached out to Sight Sciences (I try to get my info from a range of sources, not just EYE). They say the deadline is technically 1 year (so Jan 2024) but they expect an update within the next few months, as the comment review process generally doesn't require that much time. Due to the significant backlash, one of the MACs have also mentioned that they could regroup for an additional CAC meeting to discuss the comments, which is a good sign.
I'd expect to hear something by November. Sight Sciences will be presenting at the Morgan Stanley healthcare conference on 10 September as well so we may hear more info then, and of course EYE will be releasing audited results very soon so we may get an update then.
