A fast (organically) growing revenue generating company with a solid product, strong and experienced management team, high gross margins, a clear path to profitability and a very strong reputation + an exciting R&D pipeline (not exposed to the LCD changes)

Yet it's valued pretty much akin to that of a "shell", as you say. Either the market knows something that everyone here (+ the E&P guys and the management who are actively expanding production capacity) doesn't, or the market is seriously mistaken with its valuation of this company and we are due for an enormous rerate. I'm guessing it's the latter...
