The deadline is January next year but it could be as early as this month or next (based on observations of other LCDs). I'm expecting it'll be announced some time in November, considering it is quite a significant LCD relative to others and will require more time for deliberation. The sooner the better, uncertainty never helps and the longer this drags on the more negative of an impact it'll have on the share price unfortunately.
