Yeah it's obviously still a threat we need to be cautious about as a lack of coverage would be devastating, but it's hard to tell how cautious. There isn't a lot of examples of bad LCDs being implemented (they're typically quite positive as they tend to provide coverage, not take it away). Perhaps the lack of examples of other LCDs to reference is a good sign of the unlikeliness of this LCD being implemented...
