Yeah definitely. There has clearly been a big shift away from stents and towards canaloplasty, to such a degree that the growth we are seeing in EYE's revenue may be coming from that and not even the improvements to the device! I definitely still think the appeal of the new device is a big driver, but it is nice to know we don't need to rely on iTrack Advance being a superior device to drive sales growth.
That 42% failure rate for iStents is very surprising and I feel that would have to be a miscalculation. Do you have a source for that? If it is true I don't even know why iStent is still being used, as 42% is a massive number.
