If we challenge the early treatment of glaucoma with best in class canaloplasty as against drops then we are in a very big premier league. I am now sharing 007s enthusiasm as canaloplasty will be cost affective in the economics of treatments. Imagine having a health care expensive monitoring treatments. Drops etc. Expensive. Consider the case in nursing homes with 100 glaucoma patients requiring drops 4 times a day! We are on a winner but also doing good.
