How does @Teringie know? And since when? kind of interesting hearing that after a whole week of speculation in the forum.

The argument of having cash in the bank has never convinced me, you cannot wait until you have a month or two of money to do the CR, and I believe they didn't have a year of funds, but feels premature.

It doesn't surprise me if they are doing a CR, I for one have been on the fence for it to happen, but was hoping it to be done at a higher price.

If they do it here, as @hatmopit says, it is so their mates load up. Really bad from management.

Hope all is speculation.
