If they raise $5m which is 10 percent of MC to tied them over until they are cash flow positive the SP should drop by 10 percent to say 24c. However it’s not the end of the world provided they predict cash flow positive expectations in say 3 months. 2RT is the elephant in the room. Do a deal I say. Be generous and get the deal done. Then 28 or 24c will be in the rear view mirror. The art of the compromise. Do a deal. Full stop.
