If an agreement is made they will be legally compelled to announce it whenever that time is.
Surely negotiations are not in a halt during this period.
News of that magnitude cannot be held from the market.
Imagine insiders all keeping completely silent for weeks and no leaks or compromised trading.
LOL the asx is regularly compromised with no consequences.
It would be a welcome surprise to get sentiment moving in a very positive direction again.
