No company in the MIGS space does, the market outside the US just isn't developed yet. As more competitors expand globally and invest in Europe etc though growth should outside of the UD should accelerate for us. EYE also hasn't invested any $$ in that market yet, although they indicated they'd begin to invest in growth outside the US following the cap raise
