Seems to have a solid track record of delivering strong results for much larger healthcare companies (eg Bausch & Lomb, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott, Allergan). It says she achieved the #1 national sales ranking at Allergan, a $65 billion dollar company, and an almost 800% growth in major accounts whilst at Johnson and Johnson, a $370 billion dollar company, amongst many other similarly impressive accomplishments. You don't go from these multi-billion dollar companies to a small $50m company for no reason, she must sense the huge opportunity here to further enhance her already impressive resume.

A fantastic appointment indeed, and is a sign of what's to come imo. Perhaps in a few years from now EYE will be seen simply as just another multi-billion dollar well known company on her resume
