Check out the comments on that post there are literally others asking if there's still space available on the Nova Eye team! Seems like a job at Nova Eye is highly sought after, they all want to be part of the growth story!
Probably why Tom went to the US for the conference, wouldn't be surprised if there are many more of these to come in the next few weeks/ months as they quickly ramp things up. With each of these reps adding several million in additional revenue (on average), the numbers being released should look very impressive very fast
