I don't know, I think iTrack Advance will surprise to the upside. Seems to sell itself, not many companies could boast such a strong return per each sales rep, and there's a massive move away from drops and towards interventional approaches like MIGS currently taking place which should provide even greater momentum beyond simply the high efficacy, efficiency and safety of the device. I'd personally like to see how this device performs over the next few years, and I doubt it'll get in the way of progress with 2RT. iTrack Advance also makes the company significantly less speculative than if it was just 2RT on its own, which helps attract institutional and other larger investors.

Nonetheless, an offer that is rejected but still announced is always a good way to get a stock on the radars of investors. The price usually moves towards the offer price regardless of whether the offer is accepted or not
