Looked to me like a broker accumulation against a large buy order. With all the small size trades spread throughout the day.
majority of the volume was buying into 27.5 rather than selling into the bid but it got knocked back pretty quick the couple of times it touched 28c
i think there is large offscreen demand and they are trying hard to keep a lid on it
