EYE have stopped including this view the last few presentations most likely because of the MACS disruption but the total market will be back to full growth now if now playing catchup

i think the 20% total market growth is really important to remember because EYE don’t actually have to steal sight sciences existing revenue base to see massive growth. In fact if they took even equal share of the new procedure growth levels between the major providers EYE would be the massive winner in % revenue griwth they are coming off such a low base compared to Sights $80ma year.

all indications of device quality though point to EYE taking a larger share and it was interesting sights last result was flat. I didn’t put that down to EYE but to the MACS disruption.

hence if sights result shows they have returned to a decent growth rate don’t reach the conclusion EYE is not growing at the same rates total $ wise / or much faster % wise. They are not competing in a fixed revenue pool but a massively growing market as the drivers of glaucoma intervention strategy combine with aging population.

based on this the number of procedures was forecast to more than double over 4 years from 2023 to 2027. Hence if sight sciences revenue base grows from $80m there is no reason EYE can’t hit $80m revenue over 3-4 years or better. They would be hugely profitable and Which at 15x earnings is $1.2bn market cap or 20x current SP to be $5.30 a share



I’ll be interested in the analysis of others on any comments and questions on market growth as they will try and share as much as they can given the opportunity naturally benefits them also even though they have an inferior product
