it’s commonly seen as a market trap to do monthly reports as there can be a lot of timing / noise in the numbers. Eg the qtr could be materially up when reported but in April was weak versus massive strong months in March and May would reporting a flat month cause widespread panic.
the half year tread over next 18 months / 3 reporting periods is what I’m most interested in
