I share your frustration JM12 but my guess is that there is a significant CR overhang that needs both time and buyers to work its way out to absorb the stock issued at $0.21? Tend to agree that any positive announcement re growth etc. will most likely have an impact on this process and result in an uptick of the EYE share price. Things like price re rates, announcements etc. never seems to happen when you expect them so patience is probably a good thing to have in a post capital raise period? Fingers crossed for a positive announcement soon.
