I believe these quality and very experienced recruits coming from big firms would not join unless they saw potential and would be cognisant of the sales trajectory before joining. They should recognise a good thing when they see it. This is their area of excellence. They would demand equal base pay to what they had and would see the advance in the size of the bonus.
