Whilst MIGS is a growing market it's quite new and there aren't that many companies in the game so I'd expect most reps in opthalmic surgery would know who is impressing and who isn't. Hopefully the recent high quality hires are a result of them wanting to jump onboard a front runner as opposed to burning through the recent cap raise with over inflated remuneration packages. The ability to grow so rapidly in 2023 despite the reimbursement dramas and a tiny sales force highlights the quality of the product and is very encouraging leading into the next update. Not far off now.
