Marketing capacity will also initially decrease when new staff are onboarded as previous staff have to onboard the new staff and costs increase as the new staff member is being paid and travel marketing expenses are double as the new staff member tags along and older clients are visited as they won't be put off by the new staff member being trained which would lead to less increase in revenue per unit time expended
