Your research is great and very useful. I checked out Glaukos to see if they actually make a dollar now ...they don't!. Which just goes to show how much money you need to spend on promotion and marketing in this game. A friend of mine is an opthalmologist who worked on the early stent R& D . He told me 25% of what is claimed to be R & D in company P & L is probably just marketing costs,
