I'm not too concerned about vultures. Management have deliberately separated the business into 2 segments:
1. Glaucoma (iTrack)
2. AMD (AlphaRet) - from memory this is a complete separate entity which they created a couple of years ago
The 2RT partnership is for AlphaRet only.
iTrack, we know comparable transactions in this space, so management cannot accept anything not close to the comparables.
