In my opinion, a lot of the tranche 1 would have sold in the FDA spike to fund their uptake of tranche 2. I can tell you that I bought after issue of tranche 1. I have a near 7 figure (# of shares not $) holding so call it 1,000,000 went to me and I have not sold a single share nor would I be until the end of FY24 where I will reassess based on uptake of iTrack advance.
