Of course the key in picking an investment is being a front runner amongst those willing to assign a future value, challenging here but lots of reason for optimism, not least the tiny market cap. As @TheAnalyst007 has been eloquently arguing there's a lot of reason to hope that EYE could start proving solid revenue generating credentials well within 12 months. Once that is in place and some back of envelope calculations can be made then some bigger (marginally less) speculative money could start moving into the stock and push the price up several fold very quickly. The company certainly seems to be trying to seize the moment with a solid showing in just about every relevant professional meeting and leveraging the reputation and social media of prominent specialists in the field. Certainly on high PE (remembering that's based on earnings not revenue) an SP in the hundreds of millions is very eminently doable. I wasn't saying $1 billion is impossible, just saying it would need the iTrack advance to be an absolute roaring success with very high market penetrance whilst maintaining sky high margin, again not at all impossible, but would take time and need to keep kicking goals without competitors aggressively discounting to try and survive etc. I personally can't assign much value to 2RT yet, not because it's not exciting but because it's another order of magnitude more speculative than an FDA approved compelling device that's proven in market with new tangible improvements. It is a great thing to have to fall back on or spin off but surely all the near term growth will be off the back of iTrack sales success (or otherwise).

Taking a different but related tack, the comparison with other acquisitions in the same space for $1 billion is potentially more tangible as a marker in the sand than trying to guess at fundamental valuations with too many unknown variables @TheAnalyst007 do you mind highlighting who those companies were - the comparison may be useful/salient.

Final thought for the night, today's highish volume finishing on a SP high is a good look, ophthalmologist's aren't dumb or short of a penny, even if they're not actively offering iTrack they might be impressed enough at a meeting to look up the stock code and take a punt too! Exposure to investor-surgeons may help soak some of the loose shares up and help in the slow grind upwards that I'm hoping to see from here on!
