Interesting debate on what seems to be a "professional" reddit board about the recent proposed changes to reimbursement. Doing more reading (outside of Reddit) it seems that the proposed changes are nothing to fear, and proposals are made all the time and are rejected. In this case, it is most likely Glaukos trying to stay relevant.

I did find it interesting to see all commenters in very strong agreement of the superiority of canaloplasty over stents. I assume these are doctors posting here (they seem to reference their colleagues and their experience performing the procedures), but it is reddit so I would use it cautiously. If they are doctors, this is obviously their free opinion rather than paid and clearly is very good news for iTrack Advance.

Also note that this proposal is oldish (about a month ago), if it were somewhat of a threat it would have been big news at the recent conferences and in all the ophthalmology articles etc.
