when you say how much of a hit it has been, other than paid for doctors spruiking it what are you substantiating that with? iTrack Advance has been available outside the US for some time but sales haven’t popped, the company is loss making. The expectation/need is for an explosive sales boost in the US, insurer uncertainty even if just the competition gaming isn’t helpful. The company needs to outline better specifics about sales trajectory rather than just talking about how many surgeons there are - if they don’t get easy reimbursement they’re not going to buy the product
