In the medical field, FDA approval is more meaningful than European approval. Hence some surgeons in Europe would wait for FDA approval before adopting, which is why the growth has not been significant for iTrack Advance in Europe. But since FDA approval, marketing outside of Europe has accelerated.

I'm expecting worldwide growth over the next several years. If growth hasn't materialised, then clearly the device is not up to scratch or the sales execution has been poor - if this is the case then I will take the hit on the share price.
