PEB's announcement wasn't exactly good news for them but it did make me realise why they were the victim of literally the only negative LCD I have ever been able to find (in relation to a public company at least). Up until now they never even needed clinical data to sell their test which I find is absolutely crazy, especially as they were getting reimbursement! Only now is the FDA finally proposing to require that they seek clearance/approval
MIGS is light years ahead in terms of clinical evidence
(and also general industry support) and in addition to that we actually have FDA clearance!
