Yeah 2RT is approved in Europe but they need funding via a partnership to actually commercialise it. FDA approval is more difficult and requires this additional clinical trial. More importantly though this clinical trial will also enable things like reimbursement and adoption by the more conservative doctors which are necessary for sales to really explode
