That's Commsec being silly. The market cap is correct, the shares on issue is not. Shares outstanding after the raise are 228,000,000. Multiply by the current share price and the market cap is still only $63m.
The buying seemed a bit more aggressive today though, so perhaps that 78-80m market cap will be the reality quite soon
