ICSGLOBAL (ICS) up 3c to 55c: Nova Health has signed a three-year agreement to use the Thelma health transaction exchange. Nova will initially use Thelma to submit hospital claims and eligibility checks to Medibank Private from its Mountain Districts Hospital and then look to roll the service out to its remaining hospitals. ==========================================
