markets usually have a way of knowing what these grand statements by the boffins are going to say but in this instance I reckon everyone is genuinely clueless .The other issue is what difference is it going to make in reality anyway whatever he decides to do .It's all smoke and mirrors and crapspeak anyway .That's what the market actually knows which is why I'm tipping a muted response to whatever pearls the great bearded man decides to toss our way .

The exception could be if he opts for bazooka style massive money printing ,an unlikely outcome one would think given the political sensitivities at present
