Hey bud, what happened to Andrews' 'absolute power during a pandemic'? You disagreed with me yesterday when I said border entry was still ultimately a Federal responsibility, citing Andrews' powers. Many other posters also disagreed that the Federal Government could stop ND entering the country. Yet today the Federal ABF have not allowed entry to ND as per their regular powers. How do you explain these events, if Andrews has 'absolute power during a pandemic'?
