How did you not come across siponimod during your research winner? The treatment of spms isn't a race, just because there is another approved drug doesn't mean mis416 won't be used instead or as well. They have different methods of action and (imo) mis416 seems to have more promise. As usual I'm just waiting for the results which are the only thing that matters.
