    A serious question:

    The MSB announcement in Nov 20 re: Novartis deal.

    As the deal hadn’t closed - should have it been disclosed?

    it made specific reference that the deal was subject to the Hart Scott Rodino law that is usually applicable to mergers and acquisitions so had a low probability to affect the deal outcome. Yet the release is nebulous that the deal has to meet “certain other conditions”. Considering Novartis is now actively considering its options it would seem “certain other conditions”
    include passing the trial.

    considering this isn’t referred to in the release, did it create a misinformed market?
