I do think MSB will get approval one way or another for Covid treatment quicker than normal time frames. I did not come up with your scenario however as to motivations behind the halt just that the secondaries might lead to approval.
I was buying leveraged products during the low for MSB - you have to have a plan for what ever the market throws at you and if you really believe in the long term future of a company buying lower is an opportunity rather than a problem. Still have to problem of being broke meanwhile as I am not selling anytime soon.
