I would suggest all is not lost, still have the heart, and back, and the kids to save, something still could come out of that... novartis were very interest in the heart outcomes, which were not as bad as media reported with so many misleading headlines caption... and i would highlight again the FDA had indicated it was the secondary endpoint of mortality in those heart failure patient they were in most interest in, who survived, not as much the rehospitalisation of the primary end point, which MSB failed with the primary, great success 2nd
