Interesting news. India's Supreme Court system appears to be protecting the home market and is foolish to do so- if their quest is to give the green light only to the copying of brands then do so at their own peril.
POH are not a drug Co and the TPM is simply an enhancement to all existing drugs that can be more affectively administered.
I do not believe the TPM process fits under the Indian Supreme Courts misguided directives and consider this is now a goer.
I wait on an ANN shortly and that will be the driver for POH!
