..ok, this was a pre licensing deal..if tests are successful, then negotiations begin for an otc deal for Japan and USA
..talks also underway with a large coy for the balance of the Global otc diclo market...of course, this is only 5 months after the themis deal..
And Novartis India deal about 1 year later..
Now, courtesy of hottod, we know Novartis are planning otc voltaren in the USA (please god, with tpm!)...seems to me Nippon Zoki may get Japan only.
..things are getting very interesting indeed
