The morning after a very active exercise session I recently had a sudden onset of peroneal tendonitis (outside of foot) where I couldn't put any weight on my foot all day without intense pain. I tried massaging Voltaren in with a silver Olay dumbell that night and found my foot to be totally pain free the next morning and have had no problem since. Quite possibly more good luck than good management, but I'm sold!
